Welcome to Sandy Bottoms, our oceanfront pet friendly coastal house with amazing beach views. Located in Oak Island, one of North Carolina’s best beach towns. Enjoy our house w/ direct beach access (100 steps to water). Rented together, upstairs unit has 3BR/2BA, gourmet kitchen, living room & downstairs unit has 1BR/1BA, living room, kitchenette. Laundry room w/ washer & dryer. 2 covered & 2 uncovered parking spots.

The Space

Cottage at Sandy Bottoms

Primary Bedroom - king bed, 2 nightstands with lamps, ceiling fan, smart TV, walk-in closet with extra blanket and pillow, en suite bathroom with hair dryer, hand soap, body soap, shampoo, conditioner, and toilet paper.

Coral Bedroom - queen bed, 1 nightstand with lamp, 1 dresser, ceiling fan, TV with Roku, closet with extra blanket, vacuum cleaner, broom with dust pan and vacuum. Plastic storage bin under the bed with extra blanket.

Nautical Bedroom - king bed, 2 nightstands with lamp, 1 dresser, ceiling fan, smart TV. 

Hall bathroom - hand soap, body soap, shampoo, conditioner, and toilet paper.

Kitchen - fully stocked gourmet kitchen with stainless steel electric stove, upper and lower(drawer) oven, microwave, dishwasher, beverage center and refrigerator with Keurig coffee maker. Farm sink, drip coffee maker, toaster, 1 kitchen towel, 1 roll of paper towel, olive oil, salt and pepper. Trash and recycling cans in the peninsula. Spacious banquette for 8 guests.

Living room - wall of windows for enjoying ocean views, large “L” shaped sofa, side table, coffee table, smart TV, fan, assorted games in living room cabinet.

Upper deck - outdoor dining table for 8 guests, 4 rope chairs.

Condo at Sandy Bottoms

Bedroom - king bed, 2 nightstands with lamps, fan, smart TV, storage ottoman with extra pillow and blanket.

Hall bathroom - hand soap, body soap, shampoo, conditioner, and toilet paper.

Kitchenette - stainless steel sink, dish rack, microwave, mini refrigerator, dishes in cabinet and flatware in drawer. 1 kitchen towel and 1 roll of paper towel. Trash can. Bar table for 2 guests.

Living room - sliding door for enjoying ocean views, decor cabinet, sofa, swivel rocker, side tables, coffee table, table with remote controls under the TV, smart TV, and fan.

Lower deck - Tiki lounge, outdoor sofa, 2 outdoor chairs, coffee table, 2 rope chairs and bar top table. 2 hammocks and 2 outdoor pillows in the bin inside next to the sliding door. 1 conch shell shower, 1 shower with hot water, and 1 hose to rinse off prior to entering the home.

Laundry Room

Washer, dryer, drying rack, fan and cleaning towels in the cabinet over the washer.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $200.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $200.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
